About Us

Our Journey

We are Liam, Sam, Bradley and Kirsty – a family partnership that saw an opportunity to take a small coffee shop in September 2024 and turn it into a vibrant, cosy, welcoming lounge, for work and relaxing, in the heart of Worcester.

We redecorated and invested in new furniture for both inside and outside the coffee shop. Our outside area is spacious and has plenty of seating to enjoy, complimented by our lounge, which is warm and comfortable.

We then took it one step further and opened our Pretty Good Coffee takeaway in the Worcester Heritage Hub, in partnership with the owners of Friary Walk Shopping Centre, where customers can have hot and cold food and drinks in comfort, whilst shopping or waiting for a bus at Crowngate Bus Station.

Following the success of our Worcester lounge, we wanted to bring the same passion for great coffee and friendly service to an even more convenient spot. That’s how the Pretty Good Coffee Takeaway was born — located in the Worcester Heritage Hub, right next to Crowngate Bus Station, with Brad and Kirsty at the heart of the action.

Here, you’ll find everything you love about Pretty Good Coffee, served fast and fresh. Whether you’re on your way to work, waiting for a bus, or taking a break from shopping in Friary Walk, you can grab a delicious coffee, refreshing cold drink, or a bite to eat — all made with the same care and quality you’ll find in our lounge.

We’ve created a comfortable, welcoming space where you can pause and enjoy your drink, or take it with you on the go. It’s our way of making sure that, wherever you are in Worcester, there’s always time for Pretty Good Coffee.
